We are your one stop party rental shop located in Greenville SC, your welcome to make an appointment and come by the show room to see all the different options we have for your events. All of our packages start off with a four-hour rental period included for additional time there will be additional fees which we will discuss together to build your perfect package. It does include delivery and setup up to 25 miles from us additional distance could result in additional fees.

Slumber Parties

Teepee tents with sleeping bags fitted sheets and blankets are included in all our slumber party packages. Gifts for each guest. Includes delivery and setup of teepees can be decorated or undecorated. Teepees are not suitable for children under 5 years of age. Themes that include decorations: Princess, Mermaid (pink, purple, & turquoise), Superhero, Custom Theme additional $75.

Spa Package for 6 $800

Includes robes, slippers, sleeping masks, nail polish and makeup kits, sunglasses, mini fur rugs, and gift bags for each guest to keep all spa items. $80 for additional guests.

BFF package for 3 $350

How To Secure Your Date

A $300 dollar deposit is required at the time of the signing agreement.  The remaining balance is then due two weeks before the event.  Payments may be scheduled for the remaining balance.  

Let us set up your special day with one of our luxury tents. 12-hour event. (12-12) includes a smaller catering tent for the food to be setup at if you’re doing an all outside event.  Includes chairs, tables, interlocking flooring aisle and wedding platform area. Set up for up to 50 people not including the bride and groom. We can host your wedding at our venue for inside weddings only messages us for details on venue rental.

Outside Wedding & Reception $1600 Set up of aisle with wedding platform made from interlocking flooring. Tables and chairs setup for up to 50 people. Catering tent setup where food can be set up.

 

Outside & Inside Wedding & Reception $2000

Includes tables and chairs set up for up to 50 people. Enjoy an outside wedding in our luxury tent then venture inside to your reception area for a change of scenery.

Party with Us

All events require a $100 damage deposit to book this fee will be returned after returning the keys and an inspection is given of the property, if any damage is found you will be notified, and your damage deposit will be kept. Prices are the same every day of the week.

Classes, networking events, popup events, photoshoots:

50% nonrefundable deposit is required to book the event space.

Will provide chairs and tables.

2 hours- $150

4 hours- $200

6 hours- $250

Baby showers, parties, bridal showers, engagements, anniversaries:

We will provide tables and chairs for up to 50 people. You are welcome to set up and decorate to your liking.

4 hours- $250

6 hours- $350

All day (12-12)- $500  

 

Wedding Venue

How To Secure Your Date

Let us set up your special day for an epic 12-hour event. (12-12) Includes full access to our venue from the hours listed where your team and ours can setup and decorate to your liking. Chairs and tables with be setup with linens. Set up is for up to 50 people not including the bride and groom. Outside food and drinks are welcome. Message us to setup a time to come view the space and get a quote for your special day.

Create Your Special Day:
We provide completely customized packages to fit your needs and budget. Feel free to send us an email through the website or a text we will get back to you within 3 days with a quote. Once your quote is agreed upon and you accept the details, we will send you our rental agreement and liability waivers. You can fill them out virtually or come to the building and meet us directly.
